Påsken är förbi, ljuset återvänder och våren är på gång. Den bästa tiden om du frågar mig!

Jag har börjat trycka upp brickor också, samt kuddfodral i storleken 50 x 50 cm (material bomull-lin). De finns att beställa i min lilla shop, www.ceciliaciscar.com/shop Jag blev riktigt nöjd faktiskt!! Brickorna beställde jag via Designbrickan och kuddfodralen via Elobina. Förresten, det går att köpa t ex tavlan “Betty” eller tavlan “Tomboy” med matchande kuddfodral…om man vill 😉 Du ser dem och brickorna i ett collage längre ner i den här bloggen.

Ja, sedan målar jag ju såklart, också, det finns några nya alster, varav ett blev klart idag. P g a hemma-arbetande-sambo, sitter jag ibland i ateljén och ibland i köket. M a o får jag ibland arbeta i fred och ibland sitta i “händelsernas centrum”, dvs mitt i vardagen med barnen som kommer hem med eller utan kompisar, sambon som behöver en bensträckare och är pratsugen…det är underbart, men ibland så saknar jag de lugna dagarna i ateljén, när alla var iväg på sitt och man fick längta lite efter dem…men jag är å andra sidan så tacksam att vi har varandra och att vi mår bra, såklart.

Jag åkte iväg (så corona säkert som det bara gick) och såg utställningen om Vivienne Westwood och hennes fantastiska kreationer, på ett näst in till folktomt Millesgården. Den utställningen pågår t o m den 9 maj 2021. Se den om du har möjlighet!! Det finns ett collage med bilder från utställningen längre ner här i bloggen. Hennes kreativitet, driv, engagemang och mod, är definitivt beundransvärt!!

Lite utställningar på gång, pandemin till trots:
Konstrundan i Vällingby Centrum (Hässelby-Vällingby Konstklubb, HVK:s medlemmar). Fotografier av deltagarnas verk kommer att sättas upp i olika butiker i Vällingby Centrum under vecka 15 och en fysisk utställning med originalverken kommer att äga rum preliminärt under vecka 21. Ett mycket roligt och originellt initiativ, som jag ser fram emot!!
A la London ONLINE market/design marknad 1-9 maj 2021. Där flera designers och konstnärer får visa upp sina alster och produkter digitalt. Det ska bli så spännande!!

Det var allt för denna gång, lite av mina spridda tankar och vad som är på gång just nu…det vore så roligt att kunna ha en egen utställning hemmavid i vår/sommar, fysisk eller digital…helst fysisk såklart, gärna utomhus i trädgården…hm, få klura på den.

Yes, then of course I paint, too, there are some new works, one of which was finished today. Due to the fact that my partner/husband works from home, because of the pandemic, sometimes I sit in the studio and sometimes in the kitchen. In other words, I sometimes have to work in peace and sometimes sit in the “center of events”, ie in the middle of everyday life with the children if they come home with or without friends, my partner who needs a leg stretcher and is talkative… it's wonderful, but sometimes I miss them calm days in the studio, when everyone was away on their own and you had to long for them a bit… but I am on the other hand so grateful that we have each other and that we feel good, of course.

I went away (as corona for sure as it could be) and saw the exhibition about Vivienne Westwood and her fantastic creations, on a nest next to the Millesgården site. That exhibition runs until May 9, 2021. See it if you have the opportunity !! There is a collage with pictures from the exhibition further down here in the blog. Her creativity, drive, commitment and courage, is definitely admirable !!

A few exhibitions in progress, despite the pandemic:

The artexhibit in Vällingby Centrum (Hässelby-Vällingby Art Club, HVK members). Photographs of the participants' works will be set up in various shops in Vällingby Centrum during week 15 and a physical exhibition with the original works will take place tentatively during week 21. Very fun and original initiative, which I look forward to !!

It was everything for this time, a bit of my spread thoughts and what is going on right now… it would be so fun to be able to have your own exhibition at home this spring / summer, physical or digital… preferably physical of course, preferably outdoors in the garden… hm, get the hang of it.
